Information on Commercial Communication If you give your consent, Alatlı Global Logistics and Customs Consultancy Inc. and Alatlı Logistics and Foreign Trade Ltd. Co., their affiliates and subsidiaries, may directly or indirectly send you commercial electronic messages for marketing, promotion, advertising, sales, surveys and similar purposes via short message service (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS), e-mail, call center, letter, telephone, automatic calling, WhatsApp and similar internet applications. INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
This Information and Disclosure Form has been prepared in the context of the processing and transfer of the "Personal Data" of natural persons regulated by the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK Law"). Within the scope of Law No. 6698, any up-to-date information that you have shared with our company will be considered as "Personal Data".
The security of your personal data is of great importance to us, and your personal data will be stored in compliance with the conditions stipulated by the legislation, in the most secure and legally required manner, and for the period required by the legal obligations. Your collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and honesty, accuracy and, where necessary, updated, processed for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, limited to the purpose for which they are processed, and kept for the period prescribed by the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed.
a) Data Controller
This is a privacy notice that explains how your personal data may be processed by Alatlı Global Lojistik ve Gümrük Müşavirliği A.Ş. and Alatlı Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. ("Data Controllers") in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVK Law").
b)Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
• To fulfill the obligations of real and legal persons in business relationship with our company.
• To provide information regarding updates and to remind legal obligations and to comply with them.
• To establish and execute contracts with you.
• To conduct various advertising and marketing activities, to conduct surveys and polls to obtain your opinions, to determine suitable products, projects and services for you, and to develop and personalize them for you.

• To inform you about changes in legislation and internal policies that concern you or other notifications related to you.

c) To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data Can be Transferred
Processed personal data can be transferred to our indirect/direct domestic/international subsidiaries or affiliates, domestic/international/international public/private institutions and organizations, companies, and other third parties or organizations, including those listed under the purposes stated in item (b) of this notification, subject to compliance with the conditions stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and taking necessary security measures. Personal data may also be transferred to our affiliated companies, consultants, shareholders, or solution partners, other group companies, the Central Registry Agency, other authorized institutions and organizations, suppliers or subcontractors. Alatlı Global Lojistik ve Gümrük Müşavirliği A.Ş. and Alatlı Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ. may process and store your personal data in electronic environments or servers located in or outside of Turkey subject to taking necessary security measures.
ç) Collection Method and Legal Reason of Your Personal Data
Your personal data can be obtained by our company from various channels (such as the headquarters, branches, agents, sales offices, or other subcontractors or business partners of Alatlı Global Lojistik ve Gümrük Müşavirliği A.Ş. and Alatlı Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ., physical environments or offices where we can contact, call centers, internet sites, mobile applications, and similar electronic transaction platforms, social media, or other public media, participating in organized trainings, conferences, and similar environments, or through written, verbal, audio or visual recordings or other physical or electronic media by other group companies or third-party individuals and institutions with whom we have agreements). Your personal data is collected and processed based on legal reasons such as the necessity of processing personal data of the parties to a contract stated in the second paragraph (c) of Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law, as long as it is directly related to the performance of the contract and it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, the legal obligation of the data controller mentioned in the paragraph (c) of the same article, the necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right mentioned in paragraph (e) of the same article, and the legitimate interest or explicit consent of Alatlı Global Lojistik ve Gümrük Müşavirliği A.Ş. and Alatlı Lojistik ve Dış Ticaret LTD. ŞTİ., subject to not harming the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, mentioned in paragraph (f) of the same article. Your personal data is stored in compliance with the relevant legislation for the period required by legal obligations or the period allowed by the relevant legislation.
d) Your Rights as the Data Subject
As a data subject whose personal data is processed, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company through the methods regulated below, your request will be processed by our Company free of charge within the shortest time and no later than thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee determined by our Company's tariff will be charged. In this context, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is being processed, to request information if their personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are being used in accordance with their intended purpose, to know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, to request correction of their personal data in case it is incomplete or inaccurate and to request that the transactions carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of their personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing have disappeared, although they have been processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation, and to request that the transactions carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, to object to a result arising against themselves as a result of the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request the compensation for damages in case of suffering damages due to the processing of personal data in violation of the Law. In accordance with Article 13/1 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you can submit your request to exercise the aforementioned rights in writing to our Company. You can also submit your request, which includes your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise among the rights stated in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, by filling out this form and submitting a wet-signed copy of the form to the Customer Relations Department of Alatlı Global Logistics and Customs Consultancy Inc. and Alatlı Logistics and Foreign Trade Ltd. Co., addressed to "İçmeler Mahallesi, D-100 Karayolu Caddesi, No: 38 D:10 Tuzla/İstanbul" with documents identifying your identity in person or by sending it via a notary.
